Greek philosopher and scientist who lived 384–322 BCE, a student of Plato and tutor to Alexander the Great. He wrote extensively on logic, biology, ethics, politics, and aesthetics. His Nicomachean Ethics remains one of the foundational texts of moral philosophy.
